Slow performance when running ETL with Oracle libraries might be caused by a large number of SELECT statements. Below are recommendations to improve performance:

1. If you are using the ToolPool entry weba_run_ETL.sas, edit the last parameter of that program to clear the libraries at the beginning of each job, as shown here:

2. If you are using a scheduler to run the deployed jobs, this approach is recommended:
   • Create a program file called clear_libs.sas containing these statements:

        libname cicomneo clear;
        libname cicomora clear;
        libname mafsneo clear;
        libname mafsora clear;
     

   • Edit each deployed job and add this statement at the beginning of the job:

        %include "/clear_libs.sas";
